Writ of Habeas Corpus update—— state and federal

I have a dilemma.  The Texas Court of Criminal Appeal did not image my petition for discretionary review and destroyed it or sent it back to the 10th Court of Appeals to be destroyed.  This is why my documents were never imaged. So they could be altered.  The United Stated District Clerk did not image my application for Writ of Habeas Corpus and my original documents were destroyed and replaced with other documents by someone. The original order from below was destroyed and replaced by someone.   The forged or falsified documents changed the indictment and crime charged below and fabricated and falsified alleged evidence below.  I will refile those documents and see how these courts will rule.  ( I obtained a copy of my record for appeal on September 5, 2014 and my originals had been destroyed and someone had prepared a false opinion from state court and other documents to replace documents that I had filed.  I will not stop fighting and trying to get out what is happening in state and federal court because lives are at stake.  I can only imagine how many people are wrongfully incarcerated by these tactics by the courts and how many people have been wrongfully executed in Texas and other states.  I do not think Texas is the only state doing this and tampering with court documents to defeat appeals and Writs.  Something has to be done.  I will not go away. The practice of altering and falsifying court records must be stopped.  The question is who altered those documents.  Who could come in and alter and tamper with documents filed in federal court.  Why are court documents selectively not being imaged by court clerks in state and federal courts?  The answer is clear.  It is to be able to defeat appeals and writs. These records are not being altered accidentally.  Who destroyed the documents that I filed and replaced them with other documents. Why were the originals that I filed in federal court never imaged by the clerk? 

     Since filing my documents, I have requested four copies of the record.  All of my documents have been destroyed and replaced by someone.  I filed both petitions on the same date.  However, the court records indicate two different filing dates for both documents.  My home was burglarized and all of my date stamped copies filed with the court were stolen.  This was my fault.  I was naive.  I thought that only the state court defendants were burglarizing my home and altering court documents or having them altered.  Now I realized I had multiple burglars. Someone wanted to make sure that I was not successful in any of my lawsuits.  I stopped playing games with them.  I filed a formal complaint with 5th Circuit about the corruption in the state and federal courts, specifically, in federal court.  I want to know who destroyed my documents and falsified them and the order from the court below.  I do not think it is an accident that the two Supreme Courts in Texas are participating in the corruption and altering documents. What I did not expect was the total falsification of my documents in federal court.  How many times has this been done before?  How many people have died needlessly because of altered and falsified documents? How long has this been going on? Why is nothing being done about it?  Why is the United States Supreme Court also participating in this corruption or doing nothing about it?  Do we have a “do nothing Congress and Supreme Court?” Is the American judicial system totally corrupt?  What can be done to right this ship? How many people must die needlessly before someone looks at the system and makes some changes? Judges have been given a license to lie by the appellate and  United States Supreme Court.  Now they appear to be given a license to kill as well if they are doing this in Capital cases.
