What is the Solution to the corruption in State and Federal Courts

We can always complain about corruption.  The question is what is the solution.  It is clear that the judges can no longer be responsible for the documents of the parties and their staff cannot be responsible for filing documents.  They are not getting filed in state or federal court. All applications of all parties must be filed by independent persons.  No one should remove a party’s application or petition and alter it without his knowledge.  Only the petitioner or applicant  should change their filings.  If they are changed or altered, the filing party should be notified and given the reason for the change.  If the petitioner’s documents are not filed, they should be notified and given an opportunity to pick up their originals.  Those originals should not be destroyed and not imaged as they are currently being done in federal court without notifying the party who filed the documents.  Records must be maintained independent of the judges.  Judges who are altering and tampering with records should be removed from office.  They are committing murders and crimes and are not being charged with crimes and being punished.  This must end.  If you alter documents that cause the death of a human, you should be charged with the crime of premeditated murder.  Murder is murder.  Just because you wear a black robe, you should not be immune for your crime.  This would stop a lot of record tampering by judges and their staff.  It will not end the lying.  Judges today have no integrity and less character than the average street crook.  The system reeks with unethical fellows that one wonders how they got appointed or elected.  They should not remain in their appointed positions with their criminal behavior.  Something must be done.  Everyone should be writing their congressperson or senator. The corruption and tampering with documents continues because the good old boy system works and there is no consequence for violations of the law.  Law enforcement is the one committing the crime in the court area.  The clerks are not breaking into people’s homes stealing records are they?
