WARREN BUFFET HAS A KEY TO THE CAPITOL ONE SAFETY DEPOSIT ROBBERY AND THE ALTERING OF EAGLE PAPER RECENT POSTINGS
Warren Buffet has been the owner of the The Eagle Paper since 2011. Buffet may have a key to the defamation of character lawsuit, the Capitol One robbery of my safety deposit box and the altering of court documents and recent posting of the newspaper
As a summary, I sued the Eagle Paper in 2011. At the time of my lawsuit, the paper was owned by the Evening Post. I sued that owner in his individual capacity and as the owner of the paper. Warren Buffet bought the paper from this owner. When I filed this lawsuit, the burglaries of my home started and all of the documents in my home began to be burglarized on a regular basis and the stolen documents were filed in the court. My name was forged on green cards by several attorneys in order to obtain a motion for summary judgment. When my safety deposit box was robbed at Capitol One Bank, my discovery from The Eagle was stolen with three copies of the court record on zip drives and DVD’s. All of my records of our court cases in the defamation lawsuit have been stolen multiple times. The last time the records were stolen was this summer after I filed criminal charges against the attorneys who forged my name for a judgment in our lawsuit. I filed a complaint of forgery and violation of Texas Penal Code 32.46 for obtaining a judgment using forgery ( fraud and deceit to obtain a judgment.) As usual, in Texas, nothing will be done when whites commit crimes against Blacks. My safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank was robbed so smoothly. It was clearly a professional and inside job. Since that time, I continue to be stalked and my home and that of my friends and a church have been robbed of my documents.
On January 28, 2017, I goggled my name and found some totally new postings on the Eagle website. I check this postings regularly. These postings are new. They did not exist this summer. This report did not exist in 2011. I saw the records of Brazos County for the first time with the crime of passing checks in 2016. I check the records on a regular basis. I have obtained those records six or seven times and my attorney has obtained them for me. Twenty seven zip drives and DVD’s combined were stolen from my safety deposit box. This was a masterful robbery. To my knowledge, I have never been charged, tried or convicted of forgery of a financial instrument by passing forged documents. To my knowledge, I have never knowingly passed forged to anyone in my life.This posting is defamation of character per se.
I just learned that Warren Buffet bought the Eagle Paper in 2011 from the Evening Post. All court documents have been altered since that time. The name of some of the defendants have been illegally removed from the record. My apartment has been burglarized and court documents stolen three or more times. Agents of the Eagle Paper have stalked me and stolen my files even from my purse several times. I have moved four times and I continue to be stalked and my records stolen. Shortly after Buffet bought the Eagle Paper, the burglaries escalated and began to be altered. At this time, there is no complaint, warrant, indictment, original opinion, Petition for Discretionary Review, briefs filed from my case. The clerk and reporter’s records have been lost or destroyed. The District Clerk has no records from my case including the indictment. Last month, I went to the 10th Court of Appeals after they had not responded to my certified request for a certified copy of the opinion in my case. They no longer have a copy of the opinion or refused to sell me a copy of my opinion. They have some bogus opinion or a crime of forgery of a financial instrument by passing forged documents of a Helen Mayfield. This is not my case. I was the defendant and attorney in my case. I did not participate in this case and it was not the case I appealed to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. I was the attorney of record in my case and I was the defendant. I did not participate and do not know when this trial and other “secret trials” was conducted. When I pointed this out, the clerk of the court told me that they could not locate the opinion in my case.
More recently, my safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank was robbed. All of my discovery in the defamation cases against The Eagle Paper and KTBX TV was stolen. This was more than two hundred pages of documents, the certified copies of my indictments and other court records. Twenty seven zip drives and DVD’s was stolen. After the theft of my safety deposit box, the Eagle Paper postings changed the crime and removed all of their prior posts. This is not a coincidence. Nothing is a coincidence. The burglaried of my apartment and my friend’s homes have been robbed of my documents along with a church. Whatever they are seeking has not been found. Buffet knows whether his dollar has been funding the terror on my life. How far will they go? Elwyn fears death. I am aware of danger but I do not fear death. Fear will not stop me. Too many people are wrongly incarcerated and being executed in Texas for me to allow danger to stop me. My question to Buffet is as follows: Is winning a defamation case this important to you? Will you continue to jeopardize my life in order to win. Are you funding this terror? Buffet, if your dollar is funding this criminal activity and terror, what will make you stop this terror? Warren Buffet, you may hold a key to my obtaining peace. All roads lead back to your Eagle Paper over and over. Can you stop some of this terror?
