UPDATE ON WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CASE

I now have the answers as to how defendants in Texas are being denied review of their cases on appeals and writs of Habeas Corpus. Defendants cannot obtain review because they do not have trial transcripts.

My experience in my own case has led me to believe that one of the issues is that the court reporter’s in Texas have no standards for preparing a record and there are no teeth in that there are no laws when they violate the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure in the preparation of the record that anyone will enforce. In my case, I filed a complaint with the Judicial Commission and when I went back to obtain a copy of the record. I learned that the Commission itself is a part of the court corruption and is allowing reporters to alter the records because of their rules. I was unable to obtain a copy of the hearings of that body. The records had been altered. For example, in the commission hearing,  it was revealed that the court reporter’s did not record the pretrial and posttrial hearings and the first two days of the trial. They do not have any access to the exhibits in my trial and and they edited the defendant’s objections and court rulings for most of the trial and did not include them in the record. They did not record the testimony for two days after the jury was sworn in any transcript. This was not considered misconduct on the part of the court reporters by the judicial commission. My motions to have the record returned to the trial court for correction were denied by the court of appeals.  The 10th Court of Appeals ruled that my motions were moot as they, the court  had supplemented the record with other proceedings and hearings in which the defendant and her attorney did not participate. The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and the United States Supreme Court did not feel that this excusion of the defendant from this process violated the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution.  All of my records appear to have been torn up and destroyed by the courts that I filed. The certified records and court transcripts were stolen from my safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank. The bank robber has not been arrested. I do not think anyone is looking for the robber. It is clear to Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder who robbed my safety deposit box.

Defendants in Texas do not have any place to complain and seek redress that can be trusted and is not a part of the corrupt system. There is no remedy in Texas for perjury in court and in affidavits and in proceedings that will be enforced by any law enforcement entity. These bodies are a part of the conspiracy. The Texas judicial makes the old crime mob in Chicago look like children in kindergarden. The Texas Courts and Judicial Commissions set up to protect persons is completely corrupt. Destroying public records is a crime. This is why my home and car are continuing to be burglarized weekly eleven years after the “alleged crime”. There is a system that is massively wrongly incarcerating and executing innocent persons in Texas. They do not want their secrets to be exposed. Someone needs to tell them that the emperor has no clothes. Someone needs to follow the law in Texas.Too many people are dying and suffering in Texas. Texas appears to be one of the most corrupt judiciaries in the country. I suspect that I am only touching the tip of the iceberg.  This system may be operating in states all over this country. It is clear to me that the Texas judicial system is corrupt and broken.  It has been eleven years and I have been unable to obtain a trial transcript to appeal all issues or obtain a review through the writ process. In Texas there is no due process and equal protection of the law for all citizens. Where is justice for all in Texas? Nobody follows the rules and the law in Texas. Moreover, my research and case reveal that the entire judicial system in America is corrupt and this includes the United States Supreme Court. Defendants in America are lost. They have no redress anywhere for their wrongs and to obtain judicial review. There is no fair and impartial in the judicial system in America.
