TWO BURGLARS IN HOUSTON–BLACKS AND WHITES

Living in apartments in Houston is dangerous because of  negligent and discriminatory practices of the police department. Tenants are under tremendous stress because of these practices. Black and white burglars have a hatred and rage against the affluent persons in the apartment complex. Poverty is so great that individuals have been reduced to the animal farm level. They have lost their humanity and are now parasites who feast on others earnings and belongings. It is the crab system.

There is a new criminal in Houston–the white college student and white and black poor in apartments.

I lived in a house in Michigan for over thirty years and did not experience burglaries. When I moved to Texas, I lived in Clear Lake for two years. I was never burglarized even though it was not a gated apartment. I did not hear of burglaries occurring in the apartments during that time. When I lived in a house in Houston, I was not aware of burglaries in the neighborhood. Moving into a Townhouse in College Station and and an apartment in Houston, I entered hell on earth. In College Station, the police burglarized and robbed tenants. The police in Bryan /College Station do not follow any known laws. The legal system support this kind of lawlessness. There is no expectation of privacy for individuals. Police do not get warrants for searches and seizures. They do warrantless searches in Bryan/College Station in order to find enough evidence to support a warrant per Lt. James Arnold and Judge Steven Smith. This practice was upheld all the way to the United States Supreme Court by their non-action. Without committing a crime or being accused of committing a crime, the police stole checks in the amount of $40,000.00 for a loan, a cashier’s check with the paid receipt for $4,100.00 which I brought with me when I moved from Michigan, approximately $12,000.00 in gold and silver, all of my State Bar of Texas grievance and legal files relating to my law licensure in Texas, Illinois and Michigan, all of my legal files including the file cabinets, all of my computers, copy and fax machines, all court appointed files in five counties, client lists, passwords, daily planners, all tax records and receipts dating back to 1968, all student loan payments, records and receipts dating back to 1968, all mortgage and receipts  dating back to 1978. These records and monies were seizes/stolen without a warrant and they were not listed on a return for the warrant they had that did not indicate any crime they were investigating in Bryan or College Station. The warrant was never filed with a return. The Bryan/College Station police have followed me since 2006 and have robbed my safe deposit boxes at State Bank of Texas and Capitol One Bank with the rogue federal task forces, burglarized my apartments and cars. The police are acting under the color of law when they are robbing and burglarizing. They are also acting to protect their conspiracy in their false and wrongful prosecution of myself and others. I am convinced that only the federal task force could have hacked into the FDIC, U.S. Supreme Court records, altered my Fifth Circuit records, and changed my U.S. District Court Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition. I am not sure who altered and continue to alter all of my state and appellate records. It appears to be a massive conspiracy. Something about me terrifies them. I cannot disregard the “White Rage” aspect of this. In apartments, black and whites are terrorized on a daily basis. Whites and property owners and maintenance steal from tenants as if it is their right while continuing to raise the rent as well. These two burglars–Black and white–are in a rage against the perceived affluent black. Both burglarize the affluent for a different reason. The white burglarizes because he feels entitled and knows that he will never be prosecuted for stealing from blacks.  The black burglarizes because he is angry that he has not achieved much and he does not understand or refuses to understand and sympathize with the affluent who is no longer affluent or in a high status and feels that he must punish him more for failing or falling victim to racism. Both have lost their humanity or any value as humans who believe in the ten commandments. They have given up trying to succeed in the normal way and are just in a rage. For example, when I complained about my loses to the white assistant manager, he became angry and yelled at me to “get out”.  I voted for Donald Trump and my mother did too, ” he said. This would explain everything. He is justifying his actions by his politics. The management company had some kind of criminal operation going on in the complex. They were robbing the tenants and selling the products stolen for profits. Both burglars must be stopped. The white assistant manager has a master’s degree now and is still burglarizing. The black burglar is a crack head who has never worked or managed and exists off his military pension or SSI check. They both feel entitled to steal from others as though they are owed a living from someone other than themselves and their labors. The police in Houston must do something about the burglaries. Citizens should not be terrorized.
