THE TRUTH WAS IN PLAIN SIGHT

It has taken me a minute to realize that the answer to the corruption and destruction and altering of court documents has been before my eyes all the time. I now have some named persons per their signatures: Judge Steve Smith of the 361 st District Court of Brazos County, Lt. James Arnold, Attorney Cory Crenshaw, Former District Attorney William Turner. These persons signature are on fabricated documents in the files at Brazos County and in Harris County District Court. Other persons are clearly indicated. I provided these documents and the records that I have seen indicates these persons have falsified documents or destroyed documents in my files in various courts. For example, the documents in my defamation of character lawsuit have been altered in the closed file. I went to the court to obtain a copy of the record in June, 2017 and learned that the exhibits had been destroyed in the file and had been replaced with new documents.  A new affidavit of Lt. James Arnold now replaced the affidavit used by Attorney Joel White to obtain a summary judgment.  That affidavit indicated that I had admitted to him that I had been cashing checks for a percentage since 2001 when  I lived in Michigan. No such conversation ever took place. Lt. Arnold appears to have sat down and fabricated a number of affidavits that had no basis in truth at all. He just made up some facts. I have seen and have had in my possession at least four affidavits of witnesses that were all false and fabricated facts.  These false documents appear to have been generated for the prosecutor of Brazos County. The entire files had been completely altered in both the Harris County and Brazos County cases as well. This is why my records of the case have been stolen from my home four times and the file have been stolen from my safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank. The perpetrators dare not allow the original files or any files to be presented by me.

My last two applications have been dismissed alleging noncompliance. The non compliance is that I am following the law and the statute and no one else is even reading the statute. My case is the Exception to the Rule.
