THINGS I KNOW FOR SURE ON MAY 10,2019 ABOUT THE TEXAS JUDICIAL SYSTEM

There are many things that I know for sure about the Texas Judicial System. I now have concrete proof that there is no part of the Texas Judicial System that is not corrupt except the Character and Fitness portion.  All other portions of the system are corrupt. Nobody seems to care. Corruption is institutionalized into the system.

First of all, the centerpiece of corruption in the judicial system in Texas is the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. My petition for Discretionary Review has been torn up by someone in that court and a new petition was created with a new crime that I did not have any knowledge of nor had I drafted the petition. My petition was forged and altered by someone without my knowledge. The same date as my petition was used as well as my signature page. I was told that my petition was not imaged by the Court and had been sent back to the 10th Court of Appeals. I went to the 10th Court of Appeals and was told that the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals had altered and falsified my petition. The review had been denied by the Court. Each court was accusing the other of falsifying the pleadings. Someone from both courts was falsifying pleadings as I did not submit the pleadings in their court under my name. When I filed a Writ of Mandamus to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, it was denied and I was never notified. The Writ was requesting the Court to order the 10th Court of Appeals to post the opinion rendered in my case and to sell me a copy of the opinion which they have been refusing to do alleging the opinion has been lost or destroyed. The opinion has not been posted since 2012. The records are public records and they have not been sealed. I also learned that the Brazos County Clerk has altered my petition and refused to give me a copy of the Writ of Habeas Corpus. I went to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and learned that my petitions had been destroyed or altered and new petitions created by someone. In addition to this, my safe deposit box at State Bank of Texas was robbed and the Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus was stolen with all of its exhibits from the box. My copy in my home was stolen twice on two separate occasions from my purse while I was sleeping, the paper copy in a box and all of my flash drives with copies of my records. Additionally, the records that were left with friends were stolen as well. I am very upset that someone is breaking into my home at night while I am sleeping. My cameras are knocked out and my computer is hacked by someone. These are serious and dangerous crooks who are threatening the life of my son by breaking into his apartment regularly. They appear to be sending a message to me that they may kill him if I continue to pursue clearing my name. They are trying to destroy my security in my home. Records have now been altered at the Board of Disclinary Appeals. The Motion for an Order of Disbarment has been altered and a  new crime has been created. The opinion of the 10th Court of Appeals has been removed from the record as well as two indictments which had never been served on me ever. Two months ago I learned that two secret trials had been conducted on a crime allegedly committed on December 23, 2006.  I did not commit a crime on this date and did not attempt to cash or cash any checks on this day. Moreover, the check in question had never left my purse from 12/4/2006 until 7/10/07 when the police arrested me for an unpaid moving violation. The police cannot commit a crime in your behalf. They are not my agent or representative. They removed the check from my purse. I did not pass, transfer, deposit, attempt to deposit the check anywhere. I was never arrested for the check, charged with a crime about the check, served with the indictment, tried and convicted of a crime regarding the check. A judgment was rendered in secret. I did not participate in the trial and do not know when it was conducted. The same thing happened with the records at the Board of Disciplinary Appeals. The records now indicate that I participated in a hearing there for conviction of three counts of forgery of a financial instrument. I did not participate in that trial. This was another secret trial and hearing. They have falsified all of my records now. There are no records that I recognize and the dates of my actual hearings are being used for these false crimes and hearings and trials. I was the defendant and lawyer and did not participate. This is Texas Justice. I do not know how long this has been occurring—falsifying records and crimes.  Every component of the Texas system is corrupt. They use West Law and LEXIS to perpetuate their frauds. Someone needs to investigate the Texas system.

What I know for sure is that the current records under my name have all been falsified. This is the reason my original records have been stolen from my safe deposit boxes at Capitol One Bank, the State Bank of Texas, two churches, several friends homes, my apartment as well as my son’s apartment.  There have been at least five attempts on my life and now they are threatening the life of my son. This corrupt and crooked system has existed before I was born. I did not put a gun to their heads and make them participate in this criminal conspiracy to protect someone. They did not expect me to fight back. However, when you worked as hard as I did to earn your degrees and lifestyle, having someone destroy everything you worked for because you are Black, female and are fighting the system should have been expected. I cited over three hundred reversible errors including no record, secret trials and falsified records and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals has refused to review the case. Worse than that.  They rip up and destroy my applications and create false applications under my name which I do not author. SOMEONE MUST STOP THIS CORRUPTION IN TEXAS. DOESN’T ANYONE HAVE ANY CHARACTER OR HONOR IN TEXAS?
