THINGS I KNOW FOR SURE

1. Judge Steve Smith of Brazos County and Lt. James Arnold are destroying and creating records on me at break neck speed.
2. All of their creations are false and fabricated lies that bear no resemblance to reality.
3. There have been one or two secret trials with different crimes that I have never been accused, tried and convicted of.
4. I did not participate in the secret trials and do not know when they were conducted.
5. These secret trials are the reason my car and apartment have been burglarized for twelve years.
6. Someone destroyed all of my pleadings for Writ of Habeas Corpus and exhibits in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District and created new documents with a new crime, a new appeal order that has never been served on me for appeal to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
7. The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals is participating in the destruction of records and the creation of new records. In other words, they are participating in the cover-up after the fact and falsification of records.
8. My application for cert to their court was destroyed and someone created a new document that I have never seen before and did not create. The signature page from my original application is the only part of my original document that exists. This was done in the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court.
9. Brazos County stole approximately $20,000.00 from me and did not return it in the $4100.00 Certified Check and receipt of purchase, silver collection, and receivables for my court appointed work so that I could not collect my fees.
10. Judge Steve Smith lied when he signed an order stating that my property and money had been returned. M legal files, mortgage receipts, tax records and receipts from 1968 to 2008, student loan receipts, time share receipts, personal and business records and receipts which were seized without a warrant have never been returned. I personally saw those documents on the prosecutors desk and he refused to return them on request.
11. There was no warrant ever issued and received by me for my legal files and records. They have never been returned to me and were used openly by the prosecutor in my trial.
12. There is evidence that the College Station Police have been burglarizing my apartment for some time and have escalated in the burglaries in the last six months. They are above the law.
13. Burglaries have escalated since 2016 and there have been three or more attempts on my life since 2016.
14. I am being stalked by one or more persons. I now know at least seven or eight people who have been following me. My family report that they have observed men following me. I do not know who these men are.
15. All of the facts in Lt. James Arnold’s affidavits were total fabrications.  For example, he made one affidavit alleging that I had admitted cashing checks for a percentage since 2001. It was an alleged probable cause. It was a total fabrication. I do not know what he is talking about and we never had any such discussion. I have never cashed any check for a percentage except personal injury checks where my name was on the check and I had a contract with the client. I was a licensed attorney at all times in question.
16. Someone is altering  court documents in my past cases. This is unprecedented. Someone is trying to ruin my reputation and destroy my good name and records. My awards for clients have been removed from the records. Judgements in my client’s favor have been destroyed.
17. The indictments, clerk and court reporter’s records, the original opinion rendered by the 10th Court of Apppeals in my case have been destroyed. The 10th Court of Appeals no longer posts my opinion and refuses to sale me a copy of that opinion. The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals report that they did not image my application for Cert. and no longer have a copy of the application. Someone has falsified an application under my name since 2016 with a new and different crime that the crime that I was tried and convicted. I filed my application in 2010, I did not hear of this new crime that is on the application in my name until 2012 after I had filed my application for cert. to the United States Supreme Court. This does not comport. Someone in the court has created a new document and destroyed my original document. There is no way that I could have filed an appeal or application for writ of cert. on a crime that I had never even heard of at the time. I was the lawyer and defendant. I did not participate in the trial for the crime now listed in their files. This means the State of Texas is conducting secret trials on defendants which is unconstitutional.
18. Governor Greg Abbott has altered his original ruling in my case in which he ruled that I was not entitled to documents used in my trial as extraneous offense.   I have never been provided the warrant, complaint or witnesses involved.
19. At this time, no document from my case in total can be found anywhere in the state. The documents in my disbarrment have been altered and destroyed. The original opinion has been destroyed that allegedly supported the disbarrment. The documents have been destroyed with the Archives and the State Bar of Texas report to me that my file has been destroyed.
20. The complaining party in my arrest did not exist at the time.
