The Stalker Is Getting Desperate

This week, someone stole all of my zip drives of my book from my purse and all of my notes from my apartment. This means the stalker is getting desperate. They do not want my book to be published. Fortunately, for me I always have several backups. I discussed the matter with several of my old law professors and they agreed that there is a stalker and I am being terrorized by someone who is getting more desperate and dangerous.

I decided to put this note on the internet in the event something happens to me. If you recall, I have discovered that the prosecutors and all of the judges of Brazos County knew that I had not committed a crime or had no criminal liability for any checks in 2008 when I was prosecuted. They proceeded anyway and falsified records and altered court records to get a conviction. The prosecutors concealed exculpatory evidence and coached six witnesses to lie in the original trial.  The 10th Court of Appeals appears to have falsified records and altered records and documents such that they have written five or six opinions in my trial and used the same date for all the orders. Someone changed the indictment and crime after the trial and appeal. When I filed a lawsuit in federal court against the FBI, Secret Service, College Station and Lt. James Arnold and specific FBI Agents, someone altered the pleadings. My Writ of Habeas Corpus filed in federal court was never imaged and was destroyed along with the order from the 10th Court of Appeals, my Appeal to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and other documents. Someone created new documents in their place. The Texas Supreme Court removed the original 10th Court of Appeals order from its records, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals indicated that it never imaged my pleadings and they were destroyed and someone prepared new pleadings, the 10th Court of Appeals now refuses to release the original opinion to me after two requests. I even paid $300.00 for one copy of the record and $565.00 for a second copy and they still refused to release the original opinion. West Law has placed two of three bogus opinions on its website. Someone is paying them to publish these false pleadings. 5th Circuit lied about the pleadings and dated of my filings stating they obtained this information from online research. Even a first year law student knows better than to rely on online research of a Texas Court because of the corruption in the courts. Lt. Arnold testified that he had been working with the FBI and the Task Force and they provided him with the counterfeit Suspicious Activity Report for the search warrant of my home. Even Governor Abbott is involved in the court corruption in that he wrote an order that I was not entitled to information about the Burleson County charges that were used as extraneous offenses in my trial. I filed defamation of character complaints against The Eagle Paper and KTBX TV. This was when I learned for the first time that Lt. James Arnold had committed perjury  on a probable cause affidavit by alleging that I had admitted to him that I had been cashing checks for a percentage since 2001. I lived in Michigan in 2001 and was  practicing Social Work.  I have never cashed any checks for a percentage other than personal injury checks that I received for the first time in 2003 and 2004. I was a licensed Social Worker and attorney at that time. I received that percentage due to the client contract. There was no illegality involved with these checks. I was never allowed to see this probable cause statement by the trial judge and the 10th Court of Appeals ruled that this was not error as I was not entitled to see the probable cause  or any exhibits in the trial as “I should have known what was on them.” My pleadings for my Writ of Cert. to the United States Supreme Court were altered by someone. My family report that men have been following me for some time and they had not told me about it. Someone is following me in an old model white car. He is a white male who is in his late forties or fifties. Someone is very close to me such that the zip drives were stolen from my purse and my notes were in my home office. A couple of months ago, I obtained a copy of the record from the court reporter. The transcript had removed all of my objections and did not have any pretrial or post trial hearings. The indictment had been changed such that a new crime was listed. Thus I have now allegedly been charged and convicted of a crime that I have never been presented an indictment, given an opportunity to answer or a trial on these new charges. The United States Supreme Court upheld this practice by its non action. The corruption in the judicial system goes all the way up to the United States Supreme Court. Millions of defendants have been wrongfully incarcerated and jailed in the United States in this manner. This practice must stop. Blacks and others are not given fair trials or meaningful appeals in this country. The system is broken and needs to be fixed. No one is addressing this issue of court corruption. The powers that be have done everything but kill me. Someone has taken all of my money, law books and personal property. My files have  repeatedly been stolen by someone. Someone is trying to bankrupt me so that I cannot defend myself. I am trying to learn how to use the internet. I will not be silenced.
