Shades of Slavery Remain in America

Shades of slavery remain in America.  The laws of the most states and the United States Constitution do not apply to blacks in America.  The Alexander case in Florida is a prime example.  The stand your ground law was not applied to her. In my case, I was told that the laws of the state of Texas and the United States Constitution and Texas Constitution were not going to apply to me and were not applied in my case. The United States Supreme Court did not find a problem with this practice for black defendants.

I was recently burglarized and all of my books were stolen.  All of my undergraduate, graduate and law school books were stolen.  This reminded me of slavery.  During slavery, white slave owners cut out the tongues and hands of educated blacks as they were considered dangerous.  I believe someone paid Kenneth Prejean or others to burglarize my home and steal my records and books.  What hurt the most was that blacks have so little sense of brotherhood and ethnicity that they could be paid to steal the books of an educated person.  There is the possibility that the books were stolen for sale for drugs as my neighbor is a crack addict.  I know that Joel White, John P. Barnwell  and the Walker and Walker law firm, and a HOA have paid others to burglarize my home evidenced by the fact that they have filed the stolen document in court papers and the documents were not public records and could only have been obtained from the prosecutor or myself that they filed legally. I did not  give anyone my notes or handwritten documents that were filed in court. Additionally, two of these defendants forged my name on green cards to obtain Motions for Summary Judgments. The Texas Supreme Court ruled that forgery by an opponent was okay and the statute did not apply in this case by their decision. Truth as a defense to defamation was not required by the defendants. This was the way the laws were applied post slavery.  Blacks are no better off now than they were during slavery as far as the law is concerned. There is no equal protection under the law for blacks in America today.  Moreover, there is extreme corruption in the courts evidenced by what happened in my case. The rec0rds in both the Texas Supreme Court and The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals appear to have been  destroyed and not imaged and my petition for habeas corpus not being imaged in federal court and destroyed and new documents falsified and placed in the record.  The opinion of the 10th Court of Appeals was destroyed and a new order replaced it.  No court in the state of Texas including the 10th Court of Appeals have a copy of the original opinion of the 10th Court of Appeals.  My home was burglarized and all of my date stamped records were stolen. There is corruption in the state and federal courts in Texas such that few if any defendants can obtain a meaningful appeal or fair trial. This destruction and falsification of my records was not accidental.
