SECRET TRIALS OR ABSENCE OF JUSTICE

Some people will be shocked at the depth of the corruption in the Texas Judicial System. My experience with the system reveals there is no part of the system which is not corrupt.

I have evidence of two secret trials which have been conducted in my absence. I have never been served with the indictments, answered those indictments in an open court, been tried and convicted of the crimes alleged. Those judgments are posted on court websites in Texas. Nobody thinks secret trials are a problem in Texas. The State Bar presented an indictment for as crime committed on 12/23/06 in its Motion for Order of Disbarment. The Order of Disbarment with its Opinion signed on 7/28/10 has been removed from the order along with the exibits. The State Bar and the Board of Disciplinary Appeals no longer have a copy of the motion with its exhibits.  They report that all of my records have been destroyed. I have been denied access to my State Bar filies and records. Additionally, I had never been shown a compliant, served with a warrant for the crime or served with the indictment at that time. In the last six months I have learned that I have been allegedly convicted on a crime committed on 12/23/06. I say and have in my possession a copy of the judgment. I never participated in this trial and I represented myself.This means a secret trial was conducted somewhere. What makes it more interesting is that I did not commit a crime of any kind on that day. I spent most of the day in the emergency room with paralysis on the left side of my body. After I was admitted to the hospital, I begged the doctor to allow me to go to the hospital to withdraw one client’s funds from my account to send her money back to her. I went to my bank and withdrew funds from my account only. Additionally, when I checked the record, the check in the case that they allege was cashed on 12/23/06 was the check that was in my purse, on my person until 7/10/07 when the police seized my purse in a search of my apartment. I only received the check in the mail only. I did not cash, attempt to cash, deposit, transfer or do anything to the check to my knowledge. I did not put a single mark on the check or give it to anyone. I did not ever relinquish the check to anyone between 12/04/06 and 7/10/07. How could I be convicted by anyone for any crime with this check legally on 12/23/06.  Moreover, to my knowledge, this check was never cashed by anyone in the universe at any time. I was allegedly convicted of this check in some type of secret proceeding in Brazos County. This defies logic and is unconstitutional everywhere except in Texas. Additionally, I was disbarred but the bar no longer has any records of the crime, judgment, opinion from the conviction, or any other records from the disbarment proceeding. They did not file the Order of Disbarment with any court and the State Archive do not have a record of it. The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals did not image my Petition for Discretionary Review, Writs of Habeas Corpus and all of my applications with them have been destroyed and someone has created new documents. I recently learned that Brazos County substituted phoney documents instead of my last two applications. Moreover, someone at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals destroyed my petitions and applications and created new documents under my name using the last page, the signature page, of my documents only. The document could not have been submitted by me because when I filed my document, I did not have any knowledge of the crime alleged in the documents. I have never been served with the indictments for the crime in the document anywhere. I have never been served with the four indictments the assistant district attorney alleged they had recently obtained. I have never seen this indictment to date. What is shocking to me is that the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals does not feel defendants need to be presented with copies of indictments.

No Court or clerk in the State of Texas at this time purports to have a copy of the records of my case which I was convicted, incarcerated, and disbarred. I recently filed a Writ of Mandamus requesting the 10th Court of Appeals post the opinion of my case and sell me a certified copy of that opinion.  My writ of Mandamous was denied. My records have been stolen repeatedly. I no longer have a copy of the opinion. My copies have been stolen from my files. Two churches have been robbed of the copies I had in their safekeeping and that of a member of the church. My safe deposit boxes with certified copies of all of my records were stolen from the  State Bank of Texas and Capitol One Bank. The robbery of State Bank of Texas was done such that I would know that it was the Brazos County/College Station police and the Task Force. My Writ of Habeas Corpus Application and all of my documents were stolen from the Safe Deposit Box. They left me several calling cards.  The 10th Court of Appeals has not posted the opinion rendered in my case since 2012. They have a case for a Helen Mayfield but it is not my case. I was the attorney of record in my case. I was also the defendant. I did not participate in the case they post on their website. I was not that Helen Mayfield. There has not been an order to seal my records. The opinion in my case is a

public record. The  Texas Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that I could not have a copy of this public record. They denied the Mandamus. The 10th Court of Appeals refuses to post the opinion or sell me a copy of the opinion rendered in my case.  They report that it has been lost or destroyed when I go to the court to obtain a copy of the opinion. They do not respond to certified letters requesting copies of the record. The State Bar has destroyed its copy of the opinion. The Supreme Court has destroyed its copy. The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals report that it has never imaged my records filed with their court. Someone later emailed me as falsified copy of my application for a Petition for Discretionary Review with a fake crime that I have never been charged, tried and convicted to my knowledge. I was the attorney in my case.  Recently, the Texas Department of Corrections sent me copies of my records and they report their records have been destroyed. They no longer have a copy of the judgment, indictments or the crime that I served time in their facility.  They only have my inmate number. All other records have reportedly been destroyed. The birth date is incorrect in their records for me. The FBI also has false records for my arrest. Someone with big money have gone back and falsified the civil and criminal records of all of my cases. Let me give you an example. I recently had a hearing in District Court regarding my application for indigency. The attorney for Capitol One Bank presented me with an order of  denial of indigency from North Village Green Homeowner’s Association. The only problem is North Village Green never filed such a motion. They did not answer until more than six months after the case was file. I had set hearings four or five times for a default judgment. The judge never signed my motions on submission.  They could not have filed an objection to indigency. They had never filed anything at the time. Someone with tons of money is paying to have all the records in my cases altered and falsified.  All of my records are being altered. The extent of the coverup and conspiracy is massive in Texas. All of my legal files and records were seized by College Station police without a warrant. Lt. Arnold admitted in sworn testimony under oath that “we had been engaging in warrantless searches of her townhouse for some time in order to obtain enough evidence to support a warrant.”  Warrantless searches to find evidence to support a warrant is routinely done in Texas. If you are poor, Black, and brown in Texas, no law applies and protects you. Corruption starts at the top—the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.

My book shows how I learned about the “secret trials” in my case.  The details will show conclusive proof of the corruption in the judicial system in America. Imagine how many innocent people have been wrongly executed and convicted.
