President Obama Should Protect the Legacy of Marcus Garvey and Hillary Clinton If He Can Do So

The legacy of Marcus Garvey, a human rights activist and Hillary Clinton should be protected by President Obama if he can.

Marcus Garvey was a Human Rights Activist who was prosecuted for his political views. Hillary Clinton is being investigated for possible misuse of her private server or for having a private server. I am worried about her in the current toxic environment. If the system were fair and not full of corruption, I would not worry about a white female in the legal system, especially someone who is powerful. I am concerned about her because of the hatred and anger verbalized against her on the internet and by the President-elect. Having recently experienced the legal system up close. I know that it is so corrupt that it is currently impossible to get a fair trial or meaningful appeal in America at this time. Even the United States Supreme Court is involved in this judicial corruption and is biased. Marcus Garvey’s real crime was the color of his skin. Hillary Clinton violated the rules by having a private server.  However, both should be pardoned because both were targeted and unfairly treated because of sex, race or other factors. Both were targeted. Imagine if the communications between Bush, Cheney and Rice could have been published when they got us into a war and knew there were never any weapons of mass destruction. No Secretary of State has ever had her communications published. She has been punished enough. There are issues for pardons for Garvey and Clinton. I hope that because of the persons we are dealing with that President Obama will discover a way to protect Hillary.
