I AM NOT BENEATH THE LAW is the title of my book published on Amazon. It is Volume I of two volumes in which I discovered the corruption in the judicial system and exposed the “secret police” Bush and Obama used which do not follow any type of rule of law. Per the Patriot Act, these police enter your home without a warrant, bug your home, phone and do secret searches. The reason you are chosen by the government is unknown. Eric Snowden was right. These practices need to be stopped. I believe this is why my appeals were sabotaged. America, at least Texas conducts “secret trials” on persons and the person is never informed of the trials or knows when they are being conducted. In Texas, the governor, both Supreme Courts and most of the Appellate Courts are involved. Blacks and the poor do not get fair trials or meaningful appeals.
In my book, I am exposing how Texas is convicting and executing innocent people by using “lost indictments”. These lost indictments allow the prosecution to change the charge for defendants after conviction. What I did not expect was that the federal judiciary was corrupt all the way up to the United States Supreme Court and included the clerk’s office and the court or justices themselves.
