NO THE DOG DID NOT EAT MY LEGAL FILES

On July 13, 2018 I had a hearing in the Capitol One Bank case where I am suing the bank for a number of things related to the robbery of my safety deposit box. The judge stated that he did not want me to use the excuse that my home and car were burglarized again. “I do not want to hear that the dog ate my notes again, ” he said. When I got home, my apartment had been burglarized. Since then there is evidence that I am being stalked again and some type of tracker is on my car. My car was robbed today while I was in the bank. I came out of the bank and my trunk was up and unable to be locked as there was damage to my lock. All of my legal files had been stolen from my car. I had left the bag in the trunk of my car because I thought banks had cameras and I would not be in the bank a long time. Imagine my shock when my car was burglarized. Someone is breaking into my home. Residents report that when I was out of town, my home was burglarized six or seven times. The alarm does not go off unless the door is opened. Someone has escalated the burglaries of my home. They have stolen all of the recent files. My home and car were burglarized several times in the last two months. All of my files and notes and research were stolen. I had just replaced those files and they were stolen again today. Someone or many people are feeling threatened. Remember when I sued The Eagle Paper and KTBX-TV, they both produced a probable cause statement from Lt. James Arnold in which it appears that he committed perjury to obtain a search or arrest warrant of some kind by alleging that I had admitted cashing checks for a percentage since 2001. This was a total lie. Not only had I not ever cashed a check of any kind for a percentage, I had never had a conversation of this kind with Lt. Arnold at all. He made the whole thing up. After the trial, all of my records were stolen at least four times until they obtained all of my copies of my records except the copies in my safety deposit box. The safety deposit box was then robbed. When I went back to obtain a copy of my appellate brief in 2016 and 2017, the records had been altered. I had never seen these records and affidavits now filed by Lt. Arnold. Remember, during my trial the prosecutor refused to present any witness statements of any kind alleging that they did not exist. Now all of these statements by Lt. Arnold are being produced that allegedly did not exist at the time of my trial and which I never saw before. They were all fraudulent, perjurious, and defamatory. They were concealed from me during my trial and appeal. If I had access to them, I think my trial would have been different as I would have been able to impeach the witnesses with their lies. The records are now being altered by Judge Steve Smith and others. Judge Smith has apparently written an order stating that I am not to be given any records by the arresting court and all records are to be sent to his court. These records are not being kept by the district court. Something strange and unusual is happening to the records. They are being altered every time I obtain a new set of records. I did not think they would break into my car in broad daylight in front of the bank. Am I stupid or what. These are not ordinary theives.

The bank alleged that it did not have cameras or they were not working at the time, “the dog ate all of my files in my safety deposit box and twenty seven flash drives and five DVD’s of five trials and misc. notes. Safety Deposit boxes are no protection for the holder.” Dogs do not bend steel. Dogs do not pick locks. Dogs do not burglarize home and apartments. My son raised an issue today. Mom, what if they get so desperate that they steal from your person and kill or injure you? These people are getting desperate and do not care about your safety. No Milly, the dog is not eating my notes. The dog is a man or men who are very desperate. I did not make these men try to kill me, falsify records and falsely arrest and prosecute me. They conducted secret trial and convicted me without ever serving me with the indictment, allowing me to answer the charge in open court, participating in the trial in which I was allegedly convicted. They are actively involved in falsifying records and the cover-up after the fact. I did not have anything to do with the kind of hatred and and cold heartedness that would allow someone to do this to another human being. They are resting in the assurance that the good old boy system will protect them because Black life is expendible. They are sure that they will never be prosecuted for their crimes because I am Black. There is no protection for Black people in the South or anywhere in this country.
