Litigation Update– Threats and burglaries continue

My book, I Am No Beneath the Law, is published on Amazon. The burglaries of my car, apartment, Capitol One safety deposit box, friend’s homes and church have continued. Since December, 2016, threats have been made on my life. Corruption of the judicial system appears to be the trigger. The legal system has become big business for some people. They are feeling threatened and attacked. Important and people with deep pockets are involved.

Warren Buffett and the Eagle Paper appear to be very involved in this mess. He has a lot of money to support this nonsense of his paper. One would think that this amount of money would make him immune to this sort of conspiracy and corruption. He has enough money to pay a defamation lawsuit without thinking about the money. He has the means to stop the Eagle Paper and its involvement. His funds may be paying for the crooks or private detectives who may be breaking into my home, office, car and hiring someone to rob my safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank. The trial transcripts of both cases were stolen from my safety deposit box plus the forged signatures of the attorneys involved who represent his paper. There are two more years on the forgery case before the statute of limitations runs. The Harris county prosecutor has not done anything about the forgery. If a Black attorney had committed forgery in a court to get a judgment, the judge would have filed a complaint with the State Bar and filed criminal charges. Nothing is being done with this case in Harris County. Different standards are being applied. My home continues to be burglarized and the legal court files have been stolen and altered. Warren Buffett can stop the nonsense done by employees of his paper, the Eagle Paper if he chooses. He does not appear to have any influence on his paper, does not know what they are doing  or he is involved. KTBX TV is also involved. My office, apartment, homes of my friends continue to be broken into and the files from my lawsuits in these cases have been stolen and the court documents have been altered for the Eagle Paper and KTBX TV. They have both now altered their stories. My apartment and car have been burglarized five times in the last week.

There are additional people who should be scrutinized if something happens to me. They are as follows: 1.  Governor Greg Abbott. He issued a ruling that I could not have any information about extraneous offenses especially the alleged one in Burleson County. This ruling and my letter pertaining to it were stolen from my safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank. Other copies were stolen from my home.  They were initially altered and returned. Then stolen completely. Later the altered copy was stolen again from my home. 2. The Texas Supreme Court and Texas Court of Criminal Appeals have altered or destroyed all copies of my pleadings from my trial. The indictment and the original opinion of the 10th Court of Appeals have been destroyed. I went to both courts personally and tried to buy copies of the files and was denied. I was told that they were never imaged or they have been lost or destroyed. The original opinion of the 10th Court of Appeals has been removed and destroyed from their files.  All of these files and official records and DVD’s and flash drives were stolen from my Capitol One Safety deposit box. 3. I went to the 10th Court of Appeals on November 15, 2006 and was told the original opinion could not be located or had been destroyed. They refused to sell me a copy of the original opinion. 4. Prosperity Bank. I filed a ten million dollar counterclaim against this bank. They refused to provide me with records of my account before the trial and the records I obtained after the trial had been altered. I went to several bank managers and showed them the files and they told me the bank had committed felonies and violated many laws with their record keeping.The Prosperity Bank records were stolen from my safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank.  5. Lt. Arnold of the College Station Police. He committed perjury in his probable causes affidavits. He reported to the court on the record that he had been working with the FBI and they had been conducting warrantless searches of my home for some time. The Secret Service was also involved. FBI agents Beth, Angel Martinez and others were involved. Other Secret Service Agents Mike Coulter, James Napolitano and Steven Byrd were involved. Secret Service Agents James Napolitano and Steven Byrd testified in secret trials per recent records that I have seen and the original opinion of the 10th Court of Appeals. All of the Certified copied of indictments and other court records were stolen from my safety deposit Box at Capitol One Bank. 6. Federal Judges Hoyt and Lee Rosenthal may be involved because the pleadings filed in both their courts were destroyed and new pleadings replaced my originals. Only the signature page was kept of my original pleadings.  All exhibits filed in my writ of habeas corpus were destroyed along with the order filed from the 10th Court of Appeals. Someone created a new order with a new crime that I had never been accused, tried and convicted. I do not know who created the new records. 7. My records at 5th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court were also altered by someone.8.  10th Court of Appeals panels are involved. They have written four or five different opinions and only sent me one copy. This is corruption. In November, 2016, I went to the court in person and they refused to sell me a copy of the opinion rendered in my case stating they were unable to locate it. They have not responded to my certified letter requesting copies of the opinion. 9. The burglaries continue and are personal in nature. This indicates that someone has taken this matter personally and is continuing to harrass me and harm me in ways that are personal. This indicates the lawyers and prosecutors in the case who committed crimes and concealed evidence are afraid of losing their licenses. They committed crimes in order to take my license and get me convicted. Secret crimes in criminal matters are unconstitutional. They may be getting desperate and may be pooling money to cover up their activities. First, they illegally took my money, silver collection and receivables and did not return them. Then all of my clothing, dishes, silverware and personal belongings and legal files were stolen. Then this pattern continued for ten years plus. This is a lot of anger and fear on the part of someone. Then they stole all of my law books. Everything that I cherished such as my high school and college yearbooks, mementos, honors and awards, transcripts, certification as a marriage counselor, reference letters and proof of supervision as a marriage counselor and family therapist. My books showing that I was an associate editor of the Houston Journal of International Law with my name as editor in the books. This shows hatred and jealousy indicating this was a race hate crime. The prosecutor kept repeating in trial that I had been a criminal for a decade because I had been practicing law and social work. Doing this was a big no no in this small southern town. 10. We cannot forget the Justices of the Peace who report that the records in my case have been destroyed or cannot be located. They refuse to sell me copies of the record that they sold to me on two occassions.

These people who altered those records are getting desperate. They did not think I would learn how they framed me. I used to wonder why they had done this to me. My friend Sara Thompson told me she felt that whites do not feel that Blacks deserve to be professional or doing well. When I got the job with the federal government, it was too much for them. They had to stop me. When I saw the movie “The Shack”, I got the best explanation for what happened. Satan and sin got in. There is always sin and Satan is always fighting God and trying to defeat good.  I prefer to think this is one more test for me that I must overcome. I have decided on a strategy. I cannot state what it is here. Stay tuned!.

My son told me recently, “Mom, evil will not truimph forever over good.” I thought about this and I believe he is correct. I was meant to find out how they have been executing innocent Black men and poor persons in Texas. Think of the many men all over this country who are being wrongly incarcerated. Someone has to give them a voice. God does not want people to suffer for crimes that they have not committed. The corruption in the Texas judicial system must end. This, what happened to me, should not happen to a dog.  Falsifying records and wrongly incarcerating people must end. There are enough true criminals out there. The State does not need to create crime. I must continue to fight. The unlimited money appears to point to Warren Buffett’s money or law enforcement who can harrass on the taxpayer’s dollar.
