Litigation Update-Civil Rights

 In Uncategorized

On March 6, 2015, I attempted to obtain a copy of my original petition from the United States District Court for the Southern District.  The original petition had been destroyed without ever being imaged and another pleading had been substituted in its place by someone. There has been no reasonable explanation given for never imaging my original petition and destroying it without notifying me or returning my pleading to me. The facts in the fake petition were totally false and distorted.  The only thing that remained was the signature page.  This accounts for the burglary of my home to obtain and destroy all date stamped copies of my petition.  The perpetrators are clever as well as the clerks in federal court. For example, I was told that the pleadings would not be imaged by the clerk at the time of filing.  When I called to ask if I could get a copy of my pleadings that had been filed even though they had not been imaged, I was told that they had been imaged.  I went down to the courthouse to obtain a copy of my pleading and my pleading was not there and had never been imaged and had been destroyed and another pleading had been substituted in its place by someone.  The question is who did this?  There are a lot of suspects whom I will discuss in later posts.  The corruption is so pervasive in federal courts that one must now take extraordinary measures when filing pleadings. Something has to change.  How long will America tolerate this kind of corruption by the courts and its officials which can potentially and may presently be creating  killing fields all over this country of innocent people being executed and incarcerated? How long has this kind of corruption been going on unchecked? How long will we allow it to continue unchecked by anyone. Americans can no longer get fair trials or meaningful appeals because of the corruption.   The United States Supreme Court is impotent and totally incapable of and unwilling to deal with the corruption in the federal courts at this time. The Texas Courts are openly corrupt and are executing and incarcerating innocent people. Isn’t it time to end the death penalty if we cannot end the corruption in the courts?
