KIM KARDASHIAN WEST–SOME THOUGHTS

Kim Kardashian West should be commended and supported in her efforts in the area of Social Justice and Prison Reform.

I am not a Kim Kardashian fan. I personally like Kloe Kardashian. However, I have been observing the many things that she is doing and how she is using her platform to help others and I am impressed. I am even more impressed because she has four children and is dealing with Kanye’s issues. She has a full plate. I am in awe as to how she is accomplishing all of this. I realize that she has plenty of money and help. However, she has a family, children, a show and business interests as well. What she is doing is not easy.

I have a lot of admiration for the Kardashian women. They are hardworking, bright, smart women. They are excellent mothers. I do not agree with the lifestyle but it works for them. They appear to have good coping skills and are loyal to each other. They are a tight knit family with a good family support system and appear to cope with multiple problem. Few families could cope with their issues in public and still appear to be so relatively normal.

Who doubts that Kim Kardashian spending two hours with Rodney Reed did not have an effect on the result?  I do not disregard Dr. Phil and his two day show highlighting the facts in the case, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s Press conference, and all the celebrities who supported him as well as the petition and the march.  If Kim obtains a law license, she may become a force to be reckoned with as she has a large media following. Yeah Kim!  Keep going.
