JOHN BARNWELL, THE EVENING POST PUBLISHING COMPANY AND WARREN BUFFET ARE JOKERS IN THE DECK

The burglaries of my apartment began when I filed the lawsuit against John Barnwell, The owner of the Evening Post who owned the Eagle Paper at the time. He later sold the paper to Warren Buffett. They are the jokers in the deck who had the money to finance the massive makeover of the records in this case over and over such that they are barely recognizable now as compared to the original records. The probable cause filed in this case has now disappeared. A massive amount of money is involved in these efforts.

All documents that I filed were removed from the record. The records from my home replaced those documents in court. I never filed my handwritten notes in this case in any form. My original documents were removed by someone. The court records have been altered on an almost monthly basis. They do not reflect my filings in material ways. Additionally, they now have a sworn affidavit from Joel White alleging that he served me a notice of hearing. I called the court daily and no notice was served on me or the court at that time.  The notice was not filed ten days before the hearing.  The judge in the case was biased and a pathological liar when he alleged there had been a filing of a notice of hearing on the plaintiff in the case. The records had to be tampered with. I personally monitered those records on a daily basis. I researched and prepared an answer to file when a notice was filed and served on me. This is why I filed a motion for sanctions. White, the defendant’s attorney, clearly had the judge in his pocket as the Judge wrote a note on the order that a notice was filed when no notice was ever filed in this case. This is the same judge that told me that he was not going to require the attorneys to serve me in the case with their motions as required by the rules of civil procedure. He was racist and was playing games.  He refused to sign my default judgement when the HOA did not answer for six months after they had been served. Joel White was allowed to infer that I had mental problems, no character and “my own attorney said I was one brick short of a building.”  He was disrespectful and insulting in court and it was encouraged by the judge. There was too much personal animus on the part of Joel White. These burglaries have continued until one month ago when someone came in and stole the last of my files that I had hidden in this case.  Ten years takes a lot of money to rob my safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank and to steal the massive files in this case over and over again. John Barnwell’s name does not appear prominately on the case as it was filed. He appears to have disappeared from the pleadings. This is not an accident. John Barnwell and Warren Buffett are the jokers in the deck. Their resources are being used to continue this terror against me. Who alters files over and over after a case is closed? I found documents I had never seen before for the first time last week. The probable cause that was filed at that time is nowhere to be found in the KTBX TV case or the Eagle Paper cases. I do not believe in coincidences. The excerpt from my book was filed in the brief of Ryan Pittman from the Walker and Walker Law Firm.  This excerpt was stolen from my home. I did not file it in the record. These documents do not appear to be in the record. The complete record has been redone and retyped by someone. This smells like massive amounts of money being used against me. This is not what happens in your typical case. I will test my theories today.
