It Was Supposed To Be A Scam?

I am still confused about what happened to me and why.  I was allegedly being punished for allowing myself to be scammed in a common international scam.  I was naive. I trusted my bank who told me that the American Express checks that I had received in the mail from a client  had been verified as good and could be deposited in my account for payment.   I do not keep up with all the news as I have led a very busy life.  I was scammed out of $7,000.00 plus.  The bank lost $5800.00.  This does not explain why the FBI, Secret Service, IRS and Task Force was involved.  I was under 24/7  surveillance for seven months to one year.  There is some evidence that the CIA was also involved.  If this was a common scam.  Why were all these agencies involved for such a small amount of money. Additionally, when I sued and tried to get my possessions returned, my petition was not imaged and was destroyed and false documents were put in their place by someone. Everything I owned was taken in warrantless searches of my home, office and car without probable cause. My home was burglarized over twenty seven times as well as my car and all of my legal documents were stolen.   I was classified as a terrorist and my records were seized from graduate schools and banks without court orders as required.  If it was a scam, the government was certainly not acting like it.  The two Supreme Courts in Texas, destroyed my pleadings and removed documents from my pleadings and the 10th Court of Appeals in Texas no longer has a copy of the original opinion and the total record has been destroyed and fabricated by someone.  My writ of habeas corpus filed in federal court was never imaged and was destroyed and new documents falsified and fabricated by someone.  Six witnesses committed perjury and the 1st National Bank of Bryan now Prosperity Bank destroyed and altered all of its bank records of my account.  This was allegedly a scam but someone believes it was real. There is something missing here.
