Is the justice system in America broken?
I believe the criminal justice system lost all creditibility when the U.S. Supreme Court lost viability. Many people feel that the U.S. Supreme Court elected George W. Bush in the Florida mess about Chads. Moreover, several justices went to the court with known agendas to destroy the Civil Rights Act, kill Roe v. Wade or the 4th Amendment per their published writings. When they followed up on their agenda and disregarded stare decisis, this was the beginning of the end of any expectation of principled decision making based on precedent. Additionally, there appears to exist a conspiracy between the state and federal courts to deny appeals and Writs of Habeas Corpus’ that are filed. For example, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals does not image Petitions for Discretioany Review and Writs of Habeas Corpuses filed in its court. This allows the courts of appeal the opportunity to alter its records and destroy the appellate records and create new ones to defeat appeals. They then create new indictment and records that they never share with the defendants. When Writs are filed in federal court, the U.S. District Clerks do not image the applications filed by the defendant for Writ of Habeas Corpus. They allow the lower courts to change there orders from below and then destroy the original records filed. Everyone knows what is being done and the U.S. Supreme Court allows this. Thus, people are being executed and wrongfully incarcerated on indictments that they have never been served, have no knowledge that they exist, have never been tried and convicted of. The evidence is falsified and the original records destroyed by the courts and respective clerks offices. The Texas Court of Criminal Apppeal, U.S. District Judges and the United States Supreme Court are all a part of this conspiracy to deny due process to individuals. One can have a fairer trial and get more due process in a third world country than in the United States of America . America needs to wake up and take its courts and this country back. The system is irretrievebly broken.
