If Documents are being destroyed in non capital matters, what about capital matters?

Texas executes one hundred people a year.  Countless people are wrongfully incarcerated. If the courts are destroying files and clerks are destroying files without any repercussions, how do we know how many innocent people the system is murdering yearly. In my case the indictment was destroyed after the trial, documents were altered, the appellate judges and their staff destroyed records and evidence and fabricated evidence to support their opinions, witnesses were coached to commit perjury, the bank doctored its records and its employees committed perjury during the trial, the court reporters altered the record at least seven times. The 10th court of appeals destroyed all records and created new ones.  They allege the district clerk altered the records and the district clerk points to the court of appeals.  This was not a Capitol case.  Imagine what the judges are doing in capitol cases.  The records were even altered in federal court and my original documents were destroyed and never imaged.  No one should be executed in Texas until the system is cleaned up.  It is totally corrupt and everyone knows it and winks on the way up to the United States Supreme Court which is a do nothing court–worse than the do nothing congress.
