Fay Miller was a key
Fay Miller is deceased. Before she died, she told me that she would testify for me against the government. She told me that the Secret Service had come to her and asked her what she thought I was doing. She did not tell me what she told them other than an incident at Woodforest Bank. She did tell me that Harold Thomas and Harvella Jones were concocting something to harm me. They were both angry that I would not work for free for them. Harvella wanted me to pay for her appeal out of my pocket despite the fact that if she had agreed to allow herself to be dismissed from the case, it (the case) would have continued and would have had a good chance at success or a successful appeal. She wrote negative, horrible things about me on her websites. Fay Miller was a part of this but lived to regret it. When I went to the Justice Department and asked for help and was denied. She told me “they are lying to you, you have been under surveillance for more than seven months.” They had told me that they do not help individuals and only accept referrals from agencies. She died shortly after this suddenly and unexpectedly. After she died, all of the cards from federal agents and their cell numbers were missing from her drawer where she kept them. Fay Miller told me that when she told the prosecutor that she was testifying for me that he promised to pay her and her expenses if she would not testify for me. She told me that the prosecutor faxed her a subpoena that evening. He did not want her to testify in my behalf. I think there is some credence to what Fay told me because the Thomas family was on the prosecutors witness list.
Fay told me that she would testify for me because she was so sorry about what they had done to me. She denied any knowledge of what had been told to the FBI and Secret Service other than to tell me it had something to do with my trip to Madrid where Brandon Mayfield had been falsely accused of the Madrid bombing. My name was Mayfield and this was convenient for the trio to make up a story. She told me the prosecutors told her that I should not be representing so many ” foreign clients.”
Fay died, suddenly and unexpectedly after telling me that she would help me if I would sue the government as an IRS Agent advised me to do. I will never learn what she wanted to share with me. Before I could get back to her to talk to her, she was dead with all of her notes and information and business cards with the Secret Service and FBI cell numbers and addresses.
