Exception to the Rule

I am tired of being the exception to the rule instead of the rule being followed in my case.  For example, in my recent cases before the United States Supreme Court, the court made an exception to the rule when it denied cert.  in my case where there had been warrantless searches of my home, office and car without probable cause.  The police in sworn testimony on the record stated they had to engage in warrantless searches in order to be able to obtain enough evidence to sustain a warrant.  When they did not find enough evidence, they created it.  They committed perjury in two probable cause statement for warrants.  Six witnesses were coach to commit perjury.  The judge of the 272nd District Court did not recused himself even though his family owned the bank and he signed subpoenas for my e-mail files which would have completely exonerated me if they had not been concealed by the prosecution until the middle of the trial.  My legal files and state bar files were used during the trial against all rules as they were seized without a warrant.  The prosecutor committed perjury and coached witnesses to commit perjury.  The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals did not image my petition for discretionary review and destroyed the file.  They allege that they sent it back to the 10th Court of Appeals who destroyed they file and created a totally new file and only kept my signature page.  Though there were between 63 and one hundred trial court errors and seventy three violations of the United States Constitution, federal laws and treaties, the court decided this was not enough errors below for a review.  The U.S. District Judge and his staff and the clerks office did not image my original documents for my application for Writ of Habeas Corpus and someone substituted other records and created new files for the ones I had filed and my original documents were destroyed.  My home and my son’s apartment has been burglarized twenty seven times since I began my appeal.  Legal files are stolen in order to change the court documents.  This means the Texas Supreme Court, 10th Court of Appeals and Judge Rosenthal and his staff or someone from the clerk’s office is breaking into my home to steal documents in order to change the original records.  My complete trial and appeal records have been destroyed and new ones created.  I was the lead attorney for my case.  These are criminal acts being perpetrated. The United States Supreme court decided to go against precedent established by the court since its inception in my case and denied cert.  I am the exception to the rule.
