Do We need Independent Commission for Civil Matters—Some Thoughts

I have been struck with thoughts about what needs to be done in Family Law because there is so much corruption in almost all states in this area of the law. Texas, the state where I now live is hopelessly corrupt.  It is impossible to obtain a court record in civil or criminal courts in Texas even if you pay.  If you are indigent, forget it. Parties now pay criminals to break into your home, office and car and steal your documents and files. Additionally, law enforcement now terrorizes you by breaking into your home, office and car without a warrant.  The Texas and United States Supreme Court is approving this practice at this time.  I recently filed the writ of habeas corpus in state and federal court and the application was not imaged in either court.  Documents were removed from both applications and other documents substituted for the ones that I filed.  My original documents were never filed and were destroyed without giving a reason.  Additionally, they break into your home to steal your original documents in order to alter court documents.  They want to make sure that there are not documents to contest their falsified documents.  Therefore they break into your home over and over and over.  The terror that an opponent will subject you to is unconscionable in order to win a case. This has to end.  There is also the tactic of calling you a terrorist in order to suspend all rules and laws that was used against me.  Therefore, probable cause to search your home, office or car is not needed and the state and U.S. Constitution is suspended as it was in my case because of the terrorist claim without any support for this claim.   The system is out of control.  There has always been corruption, but this is a new level. This eliminates all due process and all rules of law.
