Is the Const. being applied to Equally?

There is some question that the constitution is no longer being applied to Black litigants in civil or criminal matters.

• Article I, Section. 2 [Slaves count as 3/5 persons] in the original constitution.

  This part of the constitution is still being secretly applied by most states and the United States Supreme Court when there are Black litigants or defendants. Racism is more alive than it has ever been since before the civil rights movement. Americans may have to do more than march before it is over. Republicans are in charge with the objective of returning this country to the old days of inequality. We must be more vigilent than ever. What they do not realize is that we are not going back.

  However, we must not forget that an eye for an eye makes both people blind per Dr. King. So we cannot afford violence to accomplish our goals. However, we have been peaceful and this has been misinterpreted for weakness. We will see.

  Tolerance for the discriminatory  manner in which the constitution is being interpreted as far as minorities is concerned must end.
