Conspirators Are Becoming Desperate–Judicial Corruption Continues

I went back to the lower courts and found that all the documents have been altered and removed. The conspiracy is expanding.  It is massive and indicates a lot of agencies and people are now involved.

There appears to be a conspiracy between The Eagle Paper and KTBX TV evidenced by the fact that the probable cause that they both filed to obtain a motion for summary judgment has now been removed.  Neither case has the probable cause that they obtained a summary judgment in their respective files. Also, the original opinion of my decision has been substituted with a bogus opinion from a secret trial that I did not participate. Since I was the lawyer in my case and I did not participate in this trial, who is the Helen Mayfield who participated in this trial. I have a copy of my transcript and it does not reflect the crime listed in these papers. Moreover, the Eagle paper and KTBX TV are altering reports and dates of their publications about me with bogus charges that I did not learn about for the first time until 2012. Therefore I could not have filed an appeal about a charge and case that I learned about four years after the case and appeal had been conducted. Additionally, the opinion listed is not the opinion rendered by the 10th Court of Appeals in my case. They address an issue in this case that was not addressed in my opinion. I can repeat the opinion rendered in my case in almost verbatim fashion and it is not reflected in this opinion. All of the different opinions that are rendered list the same date. The 10th Court of Appeals apparently rendered at least three opinions in Helen Mayfield cases on the same day.  The crimes in each case are different.  I only had and participated in one trial. The court reporters indicate that they did not transcribe or record the pre trial, post trial and first two days of my trial per their statements to the judicial commission. The District Clerk and the 10th Court of Appeals report they no longer have the tapes or the original opinion rendered in my case as of November, 2016.  This is very convenient to have the records in my case lost or destroyed.  The court reporter sold my attorney who obtained the transcript from her a bogus transcript. It was not my trial and the first days of my trial were totally different from the case she sold him. She appears to have destroyed my trial or is refusing to sell me a copy of my trial transcript.  I  would not want Laura Bailey to transcribe any trial anywhere in Texas. She is a liar and a crook.

I will not give up. I have just begun to fight. My Writ of Habeas Corpus was dismissed for noncompliance. They alleged that I exceeded the page limit by putting more than two pages for each issue. This was a total lie. The rule is TRAP 73.1.  There is no such requirement that I have seen to this rule. Moreover, I used the TCCA form so as to not deviate from the requirement. I now have over one hundred reversible errors in addition to the previous errors of seventy two which they would not hear. They have been causing innocent persons to be executed and wrongfully incarcerated. I now know how they have been doing it in Brazos County. Probably all over the state and country. They want to stop me but I will not be stopped.  The issues must be addressed. They must be stopped.
