More on Capitol One Safety Deposit Theft

On June 3, 2016, I discovered that my safety deposit box at Capitol One Bank had been cleaned out and meaningless zerox paper had been left in the place of my documents that had been in my box. I went back on June 4, 2016 to verify the theft and the documents were not there. The documents were still missing. On Friday, I went back and some of the documents had been returned in the form of copies. They had all been altered in some way. Other critical documents were still missing. It is the attitude of the staff that lets me know that there is going to be a cover-up of the theft by the bank. For example, on Saturday, June 4, 2016, the manager asked me, before I could verify the theft again, “Did you find your missing documents?” My documents had been stolen from the bank and not lost. I continue to call the bank and am being told that someone will call me back. No one ever calls me back. I talked to an employee Anthony with the employee # ISS620 on Friday.  On Saturday morning, I talked to the manager of my branch. He told me that he had told someone who called that nothing had been taken from the bank safety deposit box.  This was the same manager that had many times let me in the bank to put documents in my vault. Why would someone make endless trips to their vault to put meaningless zerox papers in the vault?  The bank plans to cover-up the theft of my safety deposit box. Let us look at what was taken from the vault. The following is not a complete list of things stolen from my safety deposit vault:

The witness list from the original handwritten brief that I had filed in the case had been removed. The set of articles with the dates of publication from the Eagle Paper which alleged that I had talked to someone and admitted cashing checks for a percentage since 2001. These were total lies. The articles in which the Eagle Paper had alleged that I had engaged in a lot of illegal behavior and money laundering. More lies. The two copies of the original opinion of the court of appeals from 10th Circuit were stolen. The 10th Court of Appeals will no longer release copies of its own opinion. This opinion has been destroyed by the Texas Supreme Court from the pleadings filed there and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals states that it never imaged the documents that I filed in their court. All of the documents that I filed in the U.S. District Court were destroyed and never imaged which included this opinion. All four copies of my documents that were date stamped by the court were stolen. My excerpt from my book had been stolen which was filed by Matt Ryan  of Walker and Walker Law Firm who represented Steve Fullhart and KTBX TV in the state court. My copy of the ruling of Governor Greg Abbott was stolen. Someone also stole my original copy from my apartment and replaced it with an altered zerox copy. My copies of the ruling of the Judicial Commission regarding the court reporters was stolen from my box. My copy of my pleadings filed in the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals had been stolen. I had thirty one dvd’s of court records and six zip drives. Eight of those drives are still missing and three dvd’s are missing. All copies of my bank records have been stolen from Prosperity Bank and 1st National Bank of Bryan. Other miscellaneous copies of things are missing. Only documents and records were stolen. These documents can never be replaced because the court records have been altered each time documents are stolen from my home or person. My box is full of worthless paper to make it appear that nothing has been taken from my box by someone. I did not do this. I filed a $10,000,000.00 lawsuit in one case alone against the 1st National bank of Bryan and now Prosperity Bank. I had claims against one judge who has no immunity, the City of College Station, Bryan, the FBI and Secret Service and individual agents. The documents to put the nail in their coffins and seal the deal for my lawsuits was stolen from my safety deposit box. It is not an accident that my box was robbed of these documents by someone. The fix is in. They are all going to deny the theft occurred. I had the copies of the records from College Station and the trial transcript of the Court Reporter Laura Bailey. These records were stolen. I am concerned for my personal safety now. They all know that I have another copy of some of these documents somewhere. They have destroyed all the furniture of in my apartment. They planned a clever burglary in which someone stood in for me to get around the police and my alarm system. Someone ripped up my chairs and tore up my dressers in my bedroom. I had been careless. They got the date stamped copy of my appeal to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. They also stole  my boxes of clothes, shoes, personal records and files, legal files, IRS records since 2002, social security card, medical records, medicare files and records, $400.00 in silver, dvd player and all of my movies, hair dryer, clock, radio, iron, all kitchen supplies, three sets of dishes, three sets of silverware and all of my knives and silverware.  They want to make sure that I never recover from their attacks. They stole all of my letters of reference, college transcripts, letters of verification of supervision as a family therapist, IRS records, Journal from International  in which I was on the cover as an associate editor.  They want to destroy me. They will not succeed. They only make me stronger. Every time I want to give up, I remember the strength of my ancestors and I get the strength to go on. The bank manager assured me that no one could have gotten into my box without his knowing something about it. His statements convince me that he was in on the theft or he knows who robbed my box. He is covering for someone. Someone has coached him to lie. This was an inside job with the key of the bank being used to access my account. Remember, a Capitol One employee recently admitted taking cash from cash deposits and stealing from safety deposit boxes. He stated he was retaliating for not getting a promotion. Therefore I know that employees have a way of getting into customer’s safety deposit boxes.  Additionally, in my trial, Lt. Arnold in sworn testimony on the record testified that he was working with the FBI and they gave him a copy of a suspicious activity report from Woodforest Bank. The document was amended, forged and unsigned. He further testified that “we had been engaging in searches of her home, office and car without a warrant in order to find enough evidence to support a warrant.” When someone stole three book cases of books that I had accumulated since 1968 among other things, State Farm Insurance Company stated they did not consider that I had suffered a loss. They refused to cover any of my losses. I have seen this game before. The bank like State Farm is discounting my losses because they do not want to pay for their negligence in allowing an unauthorized person into my safety deposit box.  This is a setback but it will not make me give up. I will go another way. I will not be defeated. Evil will not prevail over good forever. I know that the source of my loss could be an agent of the Eagle Paper or KTBX TV, law enforcement from Bryan/College Station or the FBI and Secret Service. It could also be the agent of the bank. One thing I know, the papers did not take up legs and walk out of my safety deposit box on their own. Let’s see their next move. I was not the one who forged documents for the court, gave perjured testimony and couched witnesses to lie. I did not set this evil action into motion.
